By using this website or scheduling services with Commonwealth Sign & Seal, you agree to the following terms:

Services Offered

We provide in-person and remote online notarization, loan signing, and apostille facilitation services. All services are conducted in accordance with Massachusetts law and applicable regulations.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide valid identification and accurate information. Remote notarization requires a secure internet connection and compliance with identity verification procedures

Limitations

Commonwealth Sign & Seal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee the acceptance of any notarized document by third parties.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be scheduled online. Your time is valuable—and so is mine. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $20–$50 flat fee or 25–50% of the service cost. Exceptions will be made in cases of emergency; just notify me as soon as possible.
